"Social Media" When is it TOO much?

I'll start by saying I am a pretty big fan of social media and what it has done for business and personal relationships.

Although it can be great and helpful, social media can be another full time job.  People only want to stay connected with things that keep their interest.  If a show only came on once a month would you watch it?

With that said I really need to make a conscious effort to provide as much information on a regular basis if I want people to be in tune with me and my business.  I say this with the question of when is it too much?  As a photographer starting a business I need to know what the majority of people feel is enough content (Pictures, tweets, fb posts, flickr etc.).

Let me know...

Critique

Watched Jared Polin's (The Fro's) video today about how easy it is to use Squarespace.  He mentioned that he accepts websites for critique so I shot him a link.

Hopefully he checks it out and gives me some good feedback so I can stick to my resolution to make the most of my photography.

Till next time...

Attention!!

It's easy to put things on the back burner when you can't afford to have them be your priority.

Unfortunately, photography has not been as much of a priority as I would like it to be.  I am motivated and determined to change this going forward.

Stay tuned...look for creativity from me in 2014.

Ironing Out The Wrinkles

As I said I am starting a new site...which involves social media and so on.  If you notice anything out of place, please let me know as I am still ironing out the details.  It's not as easy as I assumed but Squarespace does help a lot.

Thanks,

RJ

My New Site

Today I am starting my brand new Photography site for RJ Photography.  I am new to both the business side of photography and building websites so please give me as much constructive feedback as you can.  Thanks.
